This position is entirely remote, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance without a daily commute. Our operations run efficiently under business hours, operating Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that team members can concentrate on their commitments during these hours without after-hours demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms and identify their unique needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, integrating their goals and preferences to enhance engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to facilitate understanding and empowerment.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, documenting their journey and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate consistently with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide holistic care and ensure a seamless client experience.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated on the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas, confirming your qualification to practice.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, vital for effectively addressing mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate collaboration with psychiatrists in prescribing the necessary medication for clients.
