Join Uline as a Recruiter and help staff a growing warehouse operation with a recruiting approach built around strong relationships and full-cycle execution. This onsite role is based in Putnam, CT, supporting the new Connecticut facility in Plainfield. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting to support staffing across all levels of the expanding warehouse operation, from entry-level to technical and high-level roles. Source and recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships. Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills, then develop a recruitment plan. Interview applicants to assess alignment with the requirements of each role. Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office . Travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.
