TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for a position in the North Houston area . Candidates must have at least 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable experience .
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices using accurate GL codes.
- Review reports and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Assist with accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
- Follow up on outstanding and past-due invoices.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs for financial reporting.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with invoicing, billing, collections, and GL coding.
- Epicor experience is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to take direction and manage multiple priorities.
