Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services, using a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Regularly collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to provide holistic and well-rounded care to clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, fostering transparency and accountability in treatment.

• Stay informed about developments in the field of mental health counseling by participating in ongoing training, webinars, and professional conferences.

• Engage in regular staff meetings and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
