Job PostingNorth Community Counseling Centers, Inc. is searching for qualified and dedicated part-time residential care staff members to provide exceptional in-house care to the clients of our Next Generation Program. The clients within the residential care homes are adults suffering from mental health and substance abuse issues. No seclusion or restraint.Job Type: Part-TimeDays: VariousShifts: Various Shifts1st Shift 8am - 4pm 2nd Shift 4pm - 12am 3rd Shift 12am - 8amWILLING TO WORK HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS$15.00 an hour + shift differentialResponsibilities:Ensure the health and safety of our clientsAdminister medicationsCook healthy meals, per State regulations/guidelinesConfirm that food is available to coordinate with menus.Complete balanced weekly menus for 2 weeks.Clean and maintain the office area and common areas of the home.Hourly house checks: Being aware of the whereabouts of every resident on the hour.Assist residents assigned to you with completion of their ADLs and maintenance of their room.Ensure the bathrooms are clean at the end of your shift.Ensure the kitchen and dining room areas are clean at the end of your shift, all dishes are put away, tables and counter tops are cleaned off.Plan and implement activities.Maintain residents schedule for your shift.Supervise client medication, charting all incoming medications, coordination with nurse and case manager regarding medication compliance.
