Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions at regularly scheduled intervals.

• Perform thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs and inform treatment planning.

• Develop and facilitate initial treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring their active participation in the recovery process.

• Create aftercare and discharge plans that reflect the continuity of care for each patient, allowing for smooth transitions post-therapy.

• Ensure the effective delivery of therapeutic services by monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain high standards of care.

• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to share insights and improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated competency in delivering mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
