Clinic Manager – Healthcare Operations | Southeast LA/South Bay Area A growing, mission-driven healthcare organization serving communities throughout Los Angeles County. This is a great opportunity for an experienced healthcare operations professional who enjoys leading teams, improving clinic performance, and driving both patient care and financial results. Travel between clinic locations required What You’ll Be Responsible For: Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of clinic locations Lead and develop clinic staff, including recruitment, training, credentialing, and performance management Drive productivity, revenue, financial performance, and operational efficiency Ensure patients have timely access to high-quality care Oversee quality improvement, utilization management, and regulatory compliance Manage clinic licensing, certifications, audits, and payor requirements Identify and resolve operational, financial, and productivity challenges Support and expand services such as Medical, Mental Health, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, Dental, Optometry, and Nutrition Oversee facility management and clinic infrastructure Review business, financial, productivity, quality, and utilization reports Develop collaborative partnerships and support strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of healthcare or clinic operations experience Experience with clinic business/financial management and operations Knowledge of healthcare payor programs, including Medi-Cal and Medicare Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Medical Assistant Diploma or higher Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinic Manager, Practice Manager, Healthcare Operations Manager, or Medical Office Manager looking to take ownership of a multi-faceted outpatient operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
