We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join their team. With your expertise in accounting and finance, you will support the company's growth and success.Responsibilities:Perform job costing analysis to track project profitabilityMonitor project budgets and provide regular financial reportingCollaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project invoicing and billingAssist in monthly closing procedures and financial statement preparationConduct analysis on financial data and support decision-making processesEssential Job Functions:Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reportingMultitask like a pro to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBuild effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersShow off your advanced MS Excel skills to analyze financial dataDemonstrate proficiency in Viewpoint ERP software (preferred)Skills:Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeMinimum of two years of accounting, job costing, and project controls experienceExperience in the construction industry (preferred)Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skillsSince the early 1900's, they have been leading the industry with their engineering, construction, fabrication, mechanical solutions, and service.
