Project AccountantSalary: $70,000 – $80,000 + 10-15% BonusWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Join one of the largest and most established engineering firms in the U.S.Gain high visibility by partnering directly with project managers and influencing project financial performance.Earn a competitive bonus opportunity in addition to base salary.Extremely flexible hybrid environment.Access a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), profit sharing, and more.Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:Partner with project managers on financial management from proposal through project completion.Set up and maintain project accounts to support accurate billing and financial reporting.Prepare, review, and submit client invoices.Perform project reviews, cost tracking, WIP analysis, and variance reporting.Manage accounts receivable, collections, and cash application discrepancies.Support project closeout activities and purchase order administration.Qualifications for the Project Accountant:Associate degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred.3-7 years of project accounting experience.Experience with billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
