This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Leasing Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leasing officeGreet and assist prospective tenants with inquiries, applications, and lease agreementsConduct property tours and highlight the unique features and amenities of the propertyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, rent payments, and lease agreementsCommunicate with current and potential tenants to address any concerns or questionsCoordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchangesAssist with marketing efforts, including creating and posting listings, managing social media accounts, and organizing open housesCollaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of work orders and repairsAssist in maintaining a clean and organized leasing office and common areasOther duties as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Property ManagerQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in property management or real estate, with at least 1 year in a leasing or assistant management roleKnowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing proceduresExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) options, and paid time off.
