Account Service Manager – BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full‑time with occasional in‑person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to an office for required training. Overview The Account Service Manager provides advanced customer service representation and strategic planning for large accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of services and timely billing. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic planning and account management for large accounts. Oversee and manage the administration of contractual requirements and obligations. Manage new and renewal implementation processes for accounts. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services. Maintain ongoing account relationships across multiple levels of customers’ organizations. Provide recommendations for improvements to meet customers’ expectations. Offer on‑site and off‑site customer service, including interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, resolving claims, benefit and enrollment issues. Coordinate open enrollment meetings, renewal processes, and training sessions. Invoice and track revenue, ensuring services are accurately billed and revenue is earned, billed and collected. Develop and maintain program SOPs for consistent, compliant, and efficient execution of operational processes. Minimum Requirements BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships. Equivalent education and experience combination may be considered. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Tableau experience preferred. Salary & Locations Salary range: $72,744 – $124,704 (2026‑06‑29). Locations: California; Illinois; Maryland.
