The ideal candidate will have experience assembling multi-part systems with knowledge of mechanical design for manufacturing, machining, and adhesives/paint application. Work as part of a team to assemble and produce multi-part systems at quantity to support project tasks and objectivesManage inventory of components required for production tasksCreate, document, and communicate assembly processes and procedures. Travel up to 10% of the time may be required. Required Qualifications: Must have an active TS/SCI w/polygraph to be considered.Must have a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, Material Science, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent and at least 12 years of relevant experience OR a Master's and at least 10 years of experience. Additional work experience can be used in lieu of degree/combined with education.Demonstrated experience producing full system assemblies or subassembliesDemonstrated CAD experience, SolidWorks preferredDemonstrated CAM experience and ability to operate CNC machinesDemonstrated ability working with 3D printing applicationsDemonstrated ability applying adhesives and painting componentsDemonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual contributorDemonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to changing requirementsDemonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applicationsDesired Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency with FeatureCAM and Mastercam Demonstrated knowledge of metal finishing processes to include anodizing, painting, and powder coating Demonstrated knowledge of injection molding techniques Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Photoshop If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
