Account Executive

Responsibilities: Build relationships with current and potential clients Generate new clients and maintain existing client base Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs Help manage the recruiting process and strategies for clients Collaborate with recruiters and make final decisions on which candidates to submit Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process Identify industry trends and use technology to provide elevated service to clients Requirements: 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or full cycle recruiting Must be comfortable making cold calls in a fast paced and metrics driven environment Excellent relationship building skills Competitive and driven to succeed Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects Enjoy a collaborative environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Why join Allied OneSource?
