Job Description
Title: ICU RN - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule: 1900-0730

Assignment Details:

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- New York State RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
- Must have travel experience, preferably with renewal records

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning.
- Float to medical-surgical units as needed.

Compliance / Notes:
- Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate.
- Previous staff members of the facility will not be considered as travelers.
