Client Services Coordinator

To support client interactions, the remote Client Services Coordinator will manage databases, assist with documentation routing, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams during a 6-month contract with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Assist with updating and maintaining databases and prepare management reports from the CRM system Manage incoming client documentation and ensure proper routing to relevant staff Coordinate with various teams for the execution of agreements and manage client requests and inquiries Required qualifications Associate degree in biotechnology, biological sciences, or related discipline required; advanced education preferred 0-2 years of experience in client services or project management in a laboratory or research environment; experience in a CRO/CMO is preferred Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Excel, and database systems preferred Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking abilities
