Senior Tax Manager

Qualifications
- Preparation and review of complex federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
- Preparation of sophisticated tax projections and planning strategies
- Leadership on IRS audits, notices, and tax controversy matters
- Management of client relationships and issue resolution
- Corporate tax return preparation as needed
- Collaboration with firm leadership on complex technical matters
- Active CPA license preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience in public accounting focused on individual, trust, and estate taxation
- Demonstrated expertise in complex, high-net-worth individual returns and sophisticated trust/estate structures
- Strong technical knowledge in federal and state tax law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced, high-compliance environment
