Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at The Joint Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians to understand their needs, goals, and limitations.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans, utilizing research-backed techniques and evidence-based practices to support optimal recovery.
• Delivering direct patient care in both clinic settings and through home visits as appropriate, executing therapeutic techniques to enhance function and wellness.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their caregivers to provide education on treatment protocols, techniques, and exercises that promote healing.
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes according to regulatory standards and maintaining electronic health records with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.

• A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
