Your Role Awaits

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in partnership with physicians or independently (depending on your credentials)
• Informing patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic diseases
• Prescribing medications and therapies aligned with your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic care
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive, holistic care
• Recording thorough and precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program

Essential Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Ohio
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure these within 90 days)
