Business Development Representative

Job Summary Fairway Chevrolet is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDC) to drive appointments and support sales. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week). Desired candidates have a professional, upbeat personality and strong phone sales skills. Responsibilities Drive traffic to the store by setting appointments through internet leads, inbound phone calls, and previous customers. Utilize the CRM daily to log incoming traffic and performance. Generate appointments and quotes via proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management. Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles. Help with delivery of vehicles after sales and customer onboarding. Make at least 100 phone calls, 100 emails, and 100 texts daily. Answer customer calls throughout the day. Qualifications / Expectations Minimum of 1 year experience in BDC sales or similar. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with CRM platforms (knowledge of various CRM platforms is a plus). Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude, thrives under pressure. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year plus commission. Monthly bonus opportunities.
