Role Snapshot
Own the flow of goods from dock to door. In this role, you will execute order releases, build precise packing lists, prepare international shipping paperwork, and manage inbound receipts with accuracy and speed. Your fluency with UPS and FedEx online platforms keeps parcels moving, while your attention to detail ensures every shipment is right the first time.
A Day in the Life- Release customer orders and stage outbound shipments.
- Create accurate packing lists and shipment documentation.
- Prepare international shipping forms and related export paperwork.
- Process parcels through UPS and FedEx online systems.
- Receive inbound materials and verify counts and condition.
- Coordinate across teams to resolve discrepancies and keep timelines on track.
- Hands-on experience across Shipping and Receiving operations (order releases, packing lists, international docs).
- Proficiency with UPS and FedEx online shipping tools.
- Strong attention to detail, solid computer literacy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Clear reading and writing skills in English.
- Occasional overtime as business needs arise.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
- Enthusiastic, high-energy approach to fast-paced work.
