Technical Services Representative Roofing

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Representative to join our team in Ohio. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include: Survey and physically inspect roofing systems. Write and assemble roof inspection/survey of findings and make recommendations for improvement. Attend pre-bid and construction meetings for roof replacement. Manage onsite construction for clients to ensure contractors are performing. Provide daily report of progress. Education, Skills and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Registered Roof Observer certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years commercial roofing experience. Knowledge of commercial roofing, manufacturing, and warranty. General knowledge of moisture detection and the inspection process. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and be flexible regarding workload and assignments. Ability to exercise judgment. Specific Job Requirements: Valid Driver's License 50% local travel required. 50% overnight travel required. Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds. Capable of climbing a 40-foot ladder. Comfortable working on roof tops of buildings up to 103 stories tall. Ability to work outside on all types of weather conditions.
