Controller Consolidations

Overview Hybrid Consolidation Controller responsible for overseeing the financial consolidation process for the Group's entities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to support decision making. Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for all group entities. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements. Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to gather and review financial data. Prepare consolidation adjustments, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including IFRS and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, notes, and disclosures. Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and filings. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation process. Develop and maintain consolidation policies and procedures. Implement and maintain consolidation software/tools as necessary. Ensure strong internal controls over the consolidation process. Perform regular reviews and reconciliations to maintain data integrity. Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Provide analysis and insights on consolidated financial results. Qualifications Strong technical accounting skills. Attention to detail. Able to manage complex consolidation processes. Experience with IFRS and foreign currency translation. Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
