Who We Are
The Global Ambassador is an internationally inspired hotel from hospitality innovator Sam Fox and the newest addition to Author & Edit, his growing collection of hospitality experiences. Created through a global lens yet deeply connected to its surroundings at the intersection of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, the 141-room hotel brings together inspired design, world-class dining and elevated wellness in one impeccably curated destination.

Who You Are
- Must have 3+years high-volume restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations
- An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
- Regularly communicates and collaborates with Culinary Partners and consultants for operational and menu changes
- Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry
- Professional, yet comfortable with candid & open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind
- Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
- Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
