In-Home Sales Specialist

Travel to customers' homes to conduct consultations, evaluate their needs, and recommend personalized solutions Present product options clearly, address questions, and guide customers toward informed decisions Drive sales by managing appointments, following up on leads, and meeting targets Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and clear communication Collaborate with contractors and installers to ensure accurate quotes and seamless project execution Guide customers through options for doors, windows, and window treatments Close sales in a hands-on, customer-focused role Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to pass an MVR check per company standards Obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of starting the role, if required by your state or municipality Minimum of 2 years of experience in face-to-face sales or commission-based sales Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms or systems preferred Experience utilizing tablets or similar technology preferred Available to work flexible hours Tuesday through Saturday Core Competencies Demonstrates strong face-to-face sales skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
