Sales Manager

Folsom Lake Hyundai

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Folsom Lake Hyundai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase sales volume, develop successful sales plans, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in regional sales, outside sales, or related field
Proven track record of successful sales and leading sales teams
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and sales incentive programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the retail trade industry
Experience in sales training and development
Experience in sales plan development and execution

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop successful sales plans and lead a high-performing sales team
Provide sales training and incentives to motivate and develop the sales team

Skills:

As a Sales Manager, you will utilize your strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals. You will use your expertise in sales strategies, sales training, and sales incentive programs to develop successful sales plans and drive revenue growth. Your ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience in regional sales, outside sales, or related field will enable you to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
