Account Director

Job Summary Become an expert in the application and sale of litigation support services within your territory. Services include Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting/Coding, Consulting, Managed Review and other Professional Services. Primary Responsibilities Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for clients and identify upsell opportunities. Partner with Sales Management to align sales strategies, meet annual revenue targets and personal earning goals. Conduct hunting activities to uncover new potential client needs. Schedule and attend sales calls, customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations. Manage account relationships for existing and newly added clients. Work towards high customer satisfaction ratings. Coordinate billing and project activities with internal teams to ensure optimal client outcomes. Meet daily sales outstanding goals for your assigned territory. Complete sales reports in accordance with company policy. Qualifications & Characteristics Proven high‑achiever with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to document continued goal achievement for quotas and client satisfaction. Quick learner of new technology verticals and sales strategies. Excellent communicator; able to present complex technical details clearly and instill confidence in clients. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Compensation Salary based on location market rate, performance, and parity with the wider team. Details will be provided during the initial screening call with Talent Acquisition.
