Accounting Manager

AllSite Contracting LLC is a local, family-oriented civil site contractor that provides turnkey services for land and site development. The company’s services include site clearing and preparation, earthwork, erosion control, stormwater management, utilities installation, demolition, septic installation, traffic control, street flushing, snow removal, and pre-construction services. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and project cost reporting Manage banking relationships, audits, taxes, and financial compliance Lead the annual budgeting and audit processes Monitor cash flow, reconciliations, billing, and financial controls Support executive leadership with financial insights and recommendations Supervise accounting functions while coaching and developing team members Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred but not required) 3+ years of accounting management or accounting generalist experience Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and job costing Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with accounting software (Sage experience is a plus) Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership Competitive salary based on experience 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for professional development and career growth Why Join AllSite?
