Production Supervisor - Machine Room & Inventory - 1st Shift

What Success Looks Like: * Investigate all accidents, injuries, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

• Interview candidates and assist with new hire training.
• Complete performance evaluations annually.
• Manage conflict, create consistency within your department, and provide

direction to your work centers daily. * Communicate and cooperate with other leadership regarding production, material flow, maintenance, etc. * Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, Inventory, Continuous Improvement, and ERP systems.

• Monitor priority dispatch and customer service requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and act to correct bottlenecks, product defect rates,

safety hazards, and maintenance problems. * Counsel, motivate, and instruct departmental personnel in machine operations and concerns through daily interaction. * Proactively present ideas and information concisely and clearly in both oral and written form. * Work effectively with peers and all levels of management to achieve divisional objectives and promote teamwork. * Establish base data for department budgets, forecast, manage assets, and control expenses per budgetary guidelines.

• Maintain documentation to support all department activities.
• Operate various types of production equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and results

oriented. Your Credentials: * 5 -7 years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience * Bachelor’s degree preferred The salary range is $75K - $90K w/ bonus potential. Starting salary varies based on your experience.
