A fine foods importers and distribution company looking for an outside Salesman who will be responsible for driving client acquisition and managing relationships within a regional B2B sales territory. This role focuses on lead generation, delivering impactful sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up. Utilizing CRM software and mobile sales tools, the Outside Salesman will maintain efficient territory and account management with minimal travel required.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and generate leads within the assigned regional territory
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to B2B customers
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage accounts to build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Oversee territory management to maximize sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM software and mobile sales apps for reporting and communication
- Follow up with customers post-sale to maintain engagement and support
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong prospecting skills and proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Effective time management and customer service skills
- Comprehensive product knowledge and ability to close sales
