Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Leading therapy sessions that address both individual and collective family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitating sessions focused on issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological disorders, grief, and loss.
\n
• Helping clients navigate conflicts among family members, and interpersonal challenges within blended families.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies to enhance communication skills and emotional awareness among family members.
\n
• Documenting client progress meticulously through our digital record-keeping system.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support during acute family challenges.
\n
• Remaining updated on best practices and attending scheduled training sessions and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on couples, families, and individuals who may be dealing with a broad spectrum of challenges including: - Alcohol-related issues - Trauma stemming from physical or psychological abuse - Grief related to loss or transition - Family conflicts, including challenges experienced in blended families - Adjustments related to separation or divorce.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state LMFT license.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of clinical issues.

• Proven ability to deliver therapy both in-person and remotely, adapting to the specific needs of each client.

• Flexibility to work at least 30 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive a full benefits package which includes:
