Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapies for diverse student needs and settings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement therapeutic interventions to support academic participation, fine motor skills, self-care, and sensory processing
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth and inclusion
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on OT interventions and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports in accordance with school policies
• Provide training or resources to educators and caregivers as needed for student support
