Product Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Product Manager 2 (Contractor) to join a dynamic Store Operations product team , focused on delivering solutions within the Customer Orders and Omni-channel Fulfillment domain .

This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who can translate well-defined requirements into delivered product outcomes, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive a defined set of product objectives within the Customer Orders portfolio
• Prioritize features based on business goals, user experience, and stakeholder input
• Define, track, and analyze success metrics (OKRs and KPIs) for your workstreams
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure smooth delivery and minimal blockers
• Align business and technical stakeholders on priorities and execution plans
• Develop product requirements, including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
• Support go-to-market activities (UAT, communications, change management, launch validation)
• Monitor system performance and assist in incident triage and ongoing maintenance
• Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering to design and deliver high-quality features
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback
• Conduct root cause analysis on KPI performance to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Minimum 3+ years of Product Management experience
  (Experience in retail, store operations, fulfillment, or supply chain)
• Proven ability to take requirements from concept through delivery with minimal ramp-up
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, measure, and improve processes
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and external dependencies
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, software development, and testing practices
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Analytics, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences
