About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the President in strategic planning and the implementation of the company's vision. The COO will be responsible for overseeing all functions of the business, including finance, HR, IT, marketing, and operations, and ensuring they operate in a collaborative manner. This role requires a focus on continuous improvement of the guest and team member experience, as well as the company's profitability. The successful candidate will embody the company's core values, particularly a commitment to servant leadership, and will be involved in all aspects of the company's operations, from analyzing key performance indicators to participating in expansion activities and policy enforcement. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of five years' experience in senior restaurant management, with a preference for those who have worked in various functions. The role demands a leader with a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and a proven track record in opening new locations efficiently. Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems are essential. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, and a commitment to the values and culture of the company. A BS/BA in business, hospitality management, or a related field is required, with an MBA being a plus.
