Customer Sales Agent

Job Description

This is a people-first sales role built for individuals who enjoy conversation, variety, and helping customers feel confident in their choices. As a Customer Sales Agent, you will represent our brand inside retail locations and at local events, focusing on education, trust, and clear communication rather than high-pressure tactics.

The Day-to-Day Experience

You greet customers naturally and start real conversations
You explain our products and services in a simple, easy-to-understand way
You work in retail environments and at community events, never behind a desk
You build comfort and credibility, then guide customers through their decisions
You learn how to recognize buying signals and close with confidence

Enjoy helping others and being the go-to person for answers
Come from retail, hospitality, service, or customer support backgrounds
Prefer structure but still want movement and interaction throughout the day
Are reliable, coachable, and open to learning sales skills
