What You'll Do:

• Provide expert clinical care to neonates in a Level III NICU and Level II environment
• Utilize advanced technologies like body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Lead or participate in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support families and staff with compassionate care and guidance
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and neonatal care standards

What You Need:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in Nevada (or eligible to obtain)
• Experience working in neonatal intensive care
• Strong clinical skills and team collaboration

• Previous experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Ability to work flexible scheduling in a dynamic environment
