Senior Operations Specialist

Owning end-to-end delivery of initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Operations Specialist will manage product launches, growth campaigns, and brand partnerships while serving as the primary subject matter authority and advisor to the Manager. Key responsibilities Lead project plans for Operational Readiness & Implementation initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution Conduct structured impact assessments and develop risk-based readiness frameworks for operational processes Provide guidance to the Operations Specialist and represent ORI in cross-functional planning sessions Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or healthcare operations Proven track record of independently delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives Experience in designing operational enablement programs like SOPs and training frameworks Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly High comfort with ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to create structure in evolving environments
