You act as a bridge between technicians and management, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout all post-harvest processes. Your goal is to maintain high quality finished product while keeping the team aligned, organized, and operating within all compliance standards.Is This You? You are someone who leads by example and holds yourself to a high standard You naturally stay organized and help others stay on track You are confident stepping in to guide and support a team You communicate clearly and respectfully You take ownership and follow through without needing constant direction If you are reading this thinking yep that is me, keep goingWhat You Will Be Doing Supporting Production Processing Oversee trimming, bucking, and processing of harvested plants Ensure product is handled carefully to maintain quality standards Support and monitor drying and curing processesMaintaining Clean and Compliant Work Spaces Ensure all team members are following SOPs and compliance requirements Maintain clean and organized processing areas Support audits and ensure readiness at all timesAssisting with Packaging Preparation Oversee product preparation for packaging according to company standards Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, and organization Maintain consistency and quality across all finished goodsSupporting Inventory and Accuracy Assist with product tracking, counts, and reporting Ensure accuracy within state systems and internal processes Identify and address discrepancies as neededBeing a Strong Teammate Maintain a positive and respectful environment Provide direction and support to post-harvest technicians Help create a workplace people enjoy being part ofTotal Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay $24 an hour Approximately 40 hours per week Estimated annual base pay of $49,920Benefits Health insurance with 50 percent company contribution per month $62 Dental insurance with 50 percent company contribution per month $13 Vision insurance fully covered by the company per month $4 Paid time off of 56 hours annually is (accrued), approximately, $1344 Sick time off of 40 hours annually is( accrued), approximately, $960Estimated Total Compensation Approximately $53,172 per Year What We Are Looking For Previous post-harvest or cultivation experience preferred Leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Ability to follow processes and maintain compliance Meets all state requirements to work in a cultivation facilityWhy Shangri-La We are growing and there is real opportunity to grow with us Clear expectations and structured operations A team that works hard, supports each other, and keeps things realEqual Opportunity EmployerShangri-La is an equal opportunity employer.
