The successful candidate will be a hands-on technology leader, driving infrastructure modernization, optimizing processes, and establishing a resilient, audit-ready technology foundation. Key responsibilities include leading infrastructure transformation and operations, driving improvements in system performance, and developing strategies for availability and disaster recovery. The role also involves leadership and team development, cloud and enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and risk management, as well as financial and vendor management. Applicants for the Vice President of Information Technology role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with at least 8 years' in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing infrastructure transformation initiatives, leading technical teams, and a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. Experience in security architecture, compliance frameworks, and a strong understanding of modern cloud and enterprise infrastructure practices are essential.
