This role is ideal for someone who has strong payroll experience, enjoys working with employees, and can help keep day-to-day administrative operations running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll accurately and on time through PaylocityReview employee timecards and resolve payroll discrepanciesManage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel filesMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policiesCoordinate new hire paperwork, employment verifications, and employee requestsAssist management with reporting, audits, and administrative projectsProvide general office and administrative supportQualifications2+ years of payroll processing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of California labor laws is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ExcelAbility to handle confidential information professionallyStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companySupportive team environmentFull-time, stable employment with a women-owned and family-operated business
