- HR Director Experience Required
- Long Term Care Experience Required
- Salary: Up To $90K/year (based on experience)

- Recruitment of staff as needed
- Processing of new hires
- Payroll oversight
- Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues
- Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Human Resources (HR) Director experience required
- Leadership qualities required.
- LTC/SNF experience required.
- Healthcare experience is required.
