Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT, you will interact with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your focus will include, but is not limited to, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You'll utilize a client-centered approach that encourages active participation from clients in their treatment plan, addressing their unique experiences and concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
