What You’ll Do As a key member of the accounting team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the company’s day-to-day financial operations by: Reviewing, verifying, and processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Entering and maintaining accounts payable data within the accounting system Preparing and processing payments, including checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers Reconciling vendor statements and researching discrepancies to ensure timely resolution Monitoring outstanding balances and generating accounts payable aging reports Responding to vendor inquiries and partnering with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues Assisting with month-end close activities and reporting requirements Maintaining organized records and supporting audit requests as needed Providing general administrative and accounting support to the finance team What We’re Looking For Previous Accounts Payable experience in a professional office environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with accounting software Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving Preferred Experience Prior ERP software experience Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-driven environments Why Consider This Opportunity?
