This LMFT role is a remote position with expectations to work primarily during regular business hours. Our office is set up to support outpatient therapy, ensuring you have all the necessary tools to provide effective care, including teletherapy platforms, case management software, and a supportive administrative team to help streamline your workload.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage clients in therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that resonate with client values and needs, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Create an environment of trust and cooperation, encouraging open discussions that facilitate healing and understanding.

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide insightful diagnoses to guide the best therapeutic approach for each client.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and case managers to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Regularly engage in professional development to enhance your skills in areas such as trauma-informed care or couples therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Each client presents unique histories, cultural backgrounds, and challenges requiring a tailored therapeutic approach. You will play a crucial role in guiding them towards lasting change and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• Active licensure to practice as an LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management competencies.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.

• Ability to work effectively independently while also embracing the value of teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Background in utilizing therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
