International SOS in San Antonio, Texas, seeks a TRICARE Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for beneficiaries seeking access to the TRICARE Overseas Program. The role is office-based, with a base pay of $20 per hour and a bi-weekly payroll cycle. Training lasts six weeks (Mondays-Fridays), followed by 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts. Responsibilities include handling calls, documenting cases in Salesforce, coordinating authorizations, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while #J-18808-Ljbffr International SOS
