Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Assess clients' psychological needs through thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services in a relevant setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
