Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
- Build strong relationships and deliver a professional, low-pressure buying experience
- Present and demonstrate CDJR vehicles, features, and available options
- Follow up with customers and leads via phone, text, email, and in person
- Partner with management and the BDC team to achieve sales goals
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Competitive, commission-based compensation
