We are now interviewing candidates who are experienced, polished, and professional for the role of Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their organization. This role is ideal for a personable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to both guests and team members.

Receptionist Job Summary

• $19/hour
• 9am – 6pm
• Monday - Friday
• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required
• Provide basic information to clients, customers, and guests
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Coordinate with other departments as needed

Receptionist Qualifications

• Neat, Professional and polished appearance
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
