Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients both in virtual settings and within the community, addressing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through evidence-based interventions.

• Participate collaboratively in team meetings to establish shared goals and strategies, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings for clients, ensuring that assessments are thorough and accurately reflect client needs.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to linked services, effectively communicating with clients, families, and other providers.

• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including crisis intervention, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.

• Carry a caseload and closely monitor the admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate interventions.

• Maintain high standards for professional ethics and adhere to the code of conduct established by Tranquil Harmony Counseling.

• Completing timely reporting and documentation to support program outcomes and accountability.
\n
• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as needed, ensuring continuous support for clients in crisis.

The LCSW will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing significant challenges related to addiction, severe emotional disturbances, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
