Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Access Operations in Whitestown, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence. You will communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while helping to deter incidents and support site operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with location procedures. Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site requirements. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
