Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers promptly and perform comprehensive vehicle walk-arounds using dealership technology.
• Create repair orders and accurately document customer concerns using CDK.
• Review maintenance recommendations recalls service campaigns and previously declined services.
• Utilize myKarma to communicate with customers and drive retention efforts.
• Provide regular updates to customers through phone text and email.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally and confidently.
• Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to facilitate efficient repairs.
• Process warranty and extended warranty claims as needed.
• Document declined repairs and create follow-up opportunities.
• Educate customers on the importance of preventative maintenance.
• Consistently achieve sales goals customer retention objectives and CSI and NPS targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Previous experience using CDK required.
• Experience with myKarma preferred.
• Strong sales ability and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
